Nice Place, But Management Will Try to Get You Overall good quality apartments. Walls are thick, never once heard my next door neighbors and only heard the upstairs one when they were practicing drums (they moved out quickly). Responded quickly to my service requests. Another reviewer mentioned electric problems which I agree with, nothing shocked me but 2 of my outlets did not work. Verified Renter I have been with Navigator Villas for almost 2 years now and I love it. The community is great and diverse. Everyone is very kind and minds their own business. The apartments are beautiful and clean. We are in a nice modern area of Pasco, close to a lot of major stores. The office team is very responsive and they take the time to remember your face my your name. Every time I walk in the office it’s a personable experience and I like it.
