Stella is the place to be Moving from NY to Texas has been made an absolute breeze working with Tamika. Love my apartment, community amenities and all that the medical center area has to offer. Definitely renewing when the time comes

Verified Renter Staff and ground / maintenance are excellent but interior walls not being insulated or under insulated makes the experience at times less than optimal.

Verified Renter Its a nice place to live. Its clean and not noisy.
Verified Renter I really enjoy living here. The townhomes are well appointed with everything we need and rent is reasonable. Management and maintenance is very responsive when issues arise. I wish they had 3 bedrooms though. We've looked around for 3 bedrooms but what we have found has no personal space either one on top the other or townhouses crammed so close. It's also convenient location to many stores and restaurants and medical facilities. My kids are excited for the pool to open up again in a couple months.

Great place to live While living here I have had no great experiences with the staff. They are quick when there is something wrong in the apartment. And they always work with you when pay day falls on a different date as rent is due. And they don’t pester you if you stay in contact with them. And the property is well kept and super dog friendly.
Wonderful Property and Management I moved here earlier in the year with my sister. We came from a complex that was difficult to work with. Moving to Avila has been the best decision we have made. Management is so easy to work with and they do a wonderful job at fostering a sense of community here. There are always fun events happening here! Management has also done wonderful things to help encourage a great environment for its residents! I highly recommend checking them out!
