Verified Renter The complex itself is very well maintained, very quiet for being close to both Westpark tollway and SH99, and management arw very helpful when it comes to things you need answers for. :)
Excellent Property Property is in a great location. Staff is very friendly and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this property to live in.
Verified Renter Friendly staff and keeps the community clean. They notify us if there are any problems in the neighborhood that we need to be aware of as far as safety or security issues. I like all the updates and enhancements to the property lately too.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and staff management About 3 years ago, my residence used to be on the East side of town over on Viscount Blvd. The drive to work in the industrial sector next the the Santa Teresa Port of Entry was very expensive for me when it came to gas. Eventually, I decided to find a place and move closer to my day job employer. I'm glad I did because out here, there's not really any traffic, noise, or anything of that sort. Verified Renter Ive stayed in cheap apartments and more expensive apartments than this and this complex maintenance team is definitely top tier!!! Yes they Respond fast but that doesnt matter the fact that they are professional and respectful. I love it !
Moved, but it was a great stay! Sergio and Elena were amazing. The grounds were kept clean which was a big deal for me. The apartments were pet friendly!! If I had any emergencies or maintenance request, they were handled immediately. Unfortunately I was unable to use the ammeenities due to covid. With everything opening back up, hopefully you you all enjoy the awesome gym and grill area.
