Verified Renter Apartment living can be less than ideal but the Ardent does feel more like a home than other places I have lived. I love having my own private front door entrance and patio/deck. Staff are very friendly but they are not great at responding if you aren’t speaking to them in person. I love that we have multiple pools and a gym, however with how large the complex is parking is not available at the gym or the pools and there are no spaces for visitors. Verified Renter The Ardent is a fantastic community! The staff here is incredibly friendly and responsive. Maintenance issues are always fixed promptly, which is a huge plus. I've found a wonderful sense of community here and the location is ideal. Highly recommended!
