Verified Renter This apartment community is a hidden gem. The staff are always very warm, especially Ms Tammy. Maintenance is the best also....especially Julio. Very responsive.

Verified Renter Allora Bella Terra is the best community environment around Richmond just next to grand pkwy way shopping center and offers excellent apartments with car wash, swimming pool, gym facilities and business centre at our disposal. The staff are very friendly and quick ti respond to our needs. Long live Allora Bella Terra!
Very nice place I think oak forest it’s beautiful, love the architecture, and the trees I got an awesome view. Also all the stuff is very nice at administration and maintenance, they always show me that they care, even they work with me on setting a day to do maintenance because I have two cats and I need to be home when they do something. Also after this bad storm that we had my unit got damage so the move me to a different unit, it was an easy process. They had been always supporting me on what ever thing shows up. Wonderful and Safe community to Stay I lived at this place nearly 4 years. One of the best apartment . And the view from my patio feels me like I am staying in a resort. The Maintenance staff are so awesome they address all the issues very promptly and also follow up how was the work done did it resolved our maintenance request. the front office staff Kelly and Jellesa are very friends they are very prompt and respond to all my silly questions and issues. LOVE THE SPACE ABSOLUTELY LOVE the space here! The closet can literally be a second bedroom. Never had a problem with management, maintenance or pest. Thank GOD!! Front office staff are all amazing. Especially during COVID they were very attentive. Plenty of green lawn, my dog loved it. However watch where you step. Residents refused to clean up after their dogs. My apartment had the best view of Walmart! I would definitely renew, without hesitation, IF they had balconies. :(
