Verified Renter Green Tree Place is hands down the most esthetically pleasing efficiently run apartment complex in Jacksonville The staff is very pleasant and cordial while extremely professional I can't remember being more pleased with a rental property.

Awesome Apartment's We have lived here over 2 years and we absolutely love it! I love that they are pet-friendly and neighbor's are friendly as well.Management is fantastic..very friendly,courteous and caring.Maintenance personal as well,are friendly and courteous and perform their duties on a timely manner.Great Apts!

I LOVE these apartments I love everything about living in this community. The location is great. The office staff (especially Megan) have been so helpful from the moment I started the application process. They are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond when I reach out. The apartments are very nice, peaceful, and quiet. The pool is awesome and the gym is great as well. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!
