Verified Renter The Ardent has a beautiful nature around the apartments, close to center of the Mill Creek. Nature Preserve is close , nice for walks and has a playgroud for the kids. Has good gym that you can access 24/7. Main problem in the apartments is mold. And thin walls , you can hear noises. But if the neighbors are normal , it is torelable.

Verified Renter Great ..it's always a pleasure to see and talk to the great staff that work here. They do a lot for the community here. I'm thankful for all they do. I lived here for close to over 5 years now. And I just can't see me going anywhere else. Having been through a few personal issue in my life. The staff showed nothing but compassion and overall great friendship and didnt treat me like some stranger. Thank you Riley. And thank you to all staff members for making my stay here a great one.

It's quiet here and my apartment is nice. I love living here and just renewed my lease. It's quiet and my apartment is nice. Yes, the pools have been closed and yes, the fitness center has been closed. Hope they are open soon. I don't even want a gate - people are just going to follow people in.

Verified Renter So far I’m loving my new apartment, Michaella was great and has help me with any issue that I had in my apartment. I already tried the gym and equipment is well maintained. Maintenance was super fast on fixing some things and so far my neighbors are good.
Verified Renter The staff is really helpful and the parking is super pleasant, it’s a big complex with tons of buildings but somehow still feels really spacious and there’s always parking for a guest close by during the daytime
