Verified Renter My experience at Windtree Apartments are relaxing, safe and comfortable. In the 3 years I have been here at Windtree the staff has been accomodating, professional and friendly.
Wonderful I have been living in Avila for two years. I love it. They have 24-hour on-site maintenance personnel, surveillance camera, and night patrol. I feel very safe. The rent price is very reasonable. The property manager Betsy and assistant property manager Ricie are very upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic. Maintenance team are very responsive to your needs. I also lived and toured other apartments in Waco. I guarantee that you cannot find a better price with same quality.
