Verified Renter Great place to live been here over seven years, huge apartments. My unit was freshly remodeled when i moved in. Like new, this is a very quiet/peaceful place to stay. there's plenty of safe street parking for guest or extra cars.

Verified Renter I am writing to bring to your attention new ongoing noise disturbance that has become increasingly disruptive in the apartment complex, particularly after working hours. It seems that some tenants have hosting loud visitors, particularly during the evening and and some weekends, creating disturbance in the area. The noise levels, including loud conversation s and music, have been affecting my ability to enjoy peaceful living environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Verified Renter A few hiccups when moving in & dealing with the leasing office. But the area is nice and quiet . Parking is the one thing i actually hate!!! the spots are too close together and not everyone parks right so that’s annoying you can barely get in your car without hitting the car . But they host events & food trucks come by so that’s nice.

Verified Renter So far everything has been quiet and my apartment was cleaned and up to par when I moved in. All the amenities are nice and there is plenty of parking for people to visit.
