Verified Renter I’ve been here 2 years and am a returning resident and love it! I lived here back in 2020 and moved back late 2022 and have transferred apts a few times. Management has changed for the better.

Verified Renter Love my apartment, very quiet,and spacious. However I do not think we should be forced to pay $25 for trash pick-up that we don't use. It should be an option to residents. I would rather spend that monthly $25 on a reserved parking space. But other than that,no complaints. Staff is very nice and maintenance is great when needed.

Verified Renter Overall I'm mostly satisfied living here at Discovery Park. Communication could be a lot better and I try to stay away from the office staff unless I absolutely have to. Close to a beautiful park. My upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, but i lived in another apartment and it was quiet. Maintenence is GREAT!

Verified Renter My a/c has been broken since I been here but I love my apartment and the staff/maintenance is really nice. I pray my a/c will be permanently fixed soon.
