Verified Renter Random things have happened in the apartment with not much of an explanation like the lights going out and the fire alarm going off in the entire complex. Comfortable place to live but parking and visitor parking is terrible

Verified Renter Discovery Park has been a nice quaint property. The front office is always willing to assist with whatever is needed, the one maintenance request we had was resolved very fast, and our neighbors are great! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with the ease of applying, filling out documents and paying my deposit online. My 2nd floor unit was very clean, black appliances, built in microwave, undated kitchen decor, vaulted tall ceilings in the living/bedroom and surprising skylights in the bathroom and kitchen that leads to a glass roof.
