Verified Renter Overall I'm mostly satisfied living here at Discovery Park. Communication could be a lot better and I try to stay away from the office staff unless I absolutely have to. Close to a beautiful park. My upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, but i lived in another apartment and it was quiet. Maintenence is GREAT!

Verified Renter My a/c has been broken since I been here but I love my apartment and the staff/maintenance is really nice. I pray my a/c will be permanently fixed soon.

Verified Renter Great place to live been here over seven years, huge apartments. My unit was freshly remodeled when i moved in. Like new, this is a very quiet/peaceful place to stay. there's plenty of safe street parking for guest or extra cars.

It seems that some tenants have hosting loud visitors, particularly during the evening and and some weekends, creating disturbance in the area. Verified Renter A few hiccups when moving in & dealing with the leasing office. But the area is nice and quiet . Parking is the one thing i actually hate!!! the spots are too close together and not everyone parks right so that’s annoying you can barely get in your car without hitting the car . But they host events & food trucks come by so that’s nice.
