Verified Renter Very quiet Community. For the most part maintenance has been on top of their game when it comes to my request and I’m appreciative of that. My overall experience since I’ve been here 1 month has been positive. I only wish the gates would operate properly 24/7, but I’ve notice it’s not out of order long.

Verified Renter The experience was cool, can’t complain. The apartment is nice and the management is decent to communicate with.The maintenance nice workers and respond in a timely manner. My only two complaints is the roaches and the valet trash, even after pest control I Still battle with the roaches and valet trash services just aren’t good, especially when you have to pay for it lol.

Verified Renter Nice place to live. Nice amenities. I will say getting a garage has been impossible. Usual issues with other tenants such as not leashing pets or picking up after pets.
