Verified Renter Discovery Park has been a nice quaint property. The front office is always willing to assist with whatever is needed, the one maintenance request we had was resolved very fast, and our neighbors are great! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with the ease of applying, filling out documents and paying my deposit online. My 2nd floor unit was very clean, black appliances, built in microwave, undated kitchen decor, vaulted tall ceilings in the living/bedroom and surprising skylights in the bathroom and kitchen that leads to a glass roof. Verified Renter The staff is amazing! They are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. The community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The pool is impeccably maintained. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The units are incredibly spacious.

Verified Renter I appreciate all the amenities offered by the apartments and I feel secure on the premises. I would prefer if the hallways were cleaned more frequently because of the trash that spills into them, and I wish there was a penalty for those who fail to clean up after their dogs on the property.
