It was a beautiful summer afternoon today here in Long Island. I've had a long hard work week. I wanted to hit up happy hour. So I was looking for places in my area. I decided to try Tap Room. I like this location and I like the vibe of eating out in the courtyard which I did both times as well. Parking is annoying, but that's to be expected at the train station. Been to this location two times so I'll be writing my review on both experiences because I ordered the sliders 2 times. Staff is friendly and the service was great. Very comfortable pub. The wall was open to invite you into the bar area. When we arrived there was a guitar player. We were seated in the dining area quickly. It was Friday and a party of 5. The review of the drinks is mixed. I enjoyed the mocktail, 'Spice up your life'. The Moscow mule was a disappointment, but the Bees Knees got thumbs up. Food was great Portions were good Service was good Busy on a Saturday night so was kind of loud and had a wait to get seated but no wait or delay with food and service was still great even though it was busy

I had a really great time at The Tap Room and it is definitely a solid spot if you are looking for a fun night out. The atmosphere is one of the best parts. It is upbeat, lively, and has a great energy that makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself whether you are there with friends or just stopping in for a drink.
