Came here with a friend for dinner. Sorry, no pictures as we were catching up after not seeing each other for months, so no phones. She had the American Sliders and I had the Chicken Milanese Sliders. We both enjoyed! I also ordered a whisky burger to go for my fiancé, which he enjoyed at home. Service was great. I don't recall our waitress' name, but she was attentive. Overall, great experience !

If you find yourself in Ronkonkoma, stop over to the @taproomronkonkoma in Station Yards. Let's be honest, the perfect spot for a pre-train bite and a drink (because who doesn't need a snack before boarding?). And guess what? Absolutely love the ambiance in this place. The lighting is beautiful. It would be a gorgeous place for a party. It has a rustic vibe slash city feel. It's not like anything I've been to before. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu is a cross between elevated bar bites and creative culinary dishes. There is something for every palate. Our first time at the Tap Room Ronkonkoma and what a cool place. Love the high ceilings and warm barn-like, woodsy vibe ! We had Matt as our server, who was very attentive and friendly, and his recommendations were spot on. Get the dry rub wings during Thursday wing night special...with mandarin orange chili sauce on the side. Best tasting cheeseburger slider I've had in a long time. Can't wait for warmer weather to eat on the outside patio. Now that we've gone, we will be back!

Love the new location of The Tap Room. Great service and they added new food items! The margaritas were delicious, couldn't stop at just one. We did the trio as an app. The Mac cheese balls were so cheesy! They had a different version of a chicken pot pie and it was delicious! Can't wait to be back!

It's unfortunate to see negative experiences at newish Yelp locations. Looks like there was some questionable stuff that happened one night at this new Tap Room in Station Yards as per the reviews and low score, but I wasn't there for this and hope it's an anamoly. Instead I have my own experience to write about that was honestly a superbly solid four star evening with glimmers of five stars on the horizon.
