I set it up,took pictures of my card,but it won't show the back of the card. All the information is on the back.
This company has consistently been difficult to contact for troubleshooting problems with the online account and the app. I have never spoken with a customer service agent. I was on hold for 2 hours till I finally hung up. I would never recommend this business to any other businesses.
Awful
was told switching to an app from the old method would make everything more convenient. it has not. not a fan of this new system and support tickets are going unanswered. wish it wasn't necessary to use this new method cause i hate it.

I would like to be able to pick the account you get reimbursed from. Getting any reimbursement is horrible service is terrible very poor response.
App is horrible. Jan first and app hasn't updated. We are forced to use this app for FSA.
