I wish I could give no stars, because there are so many bugs with the app. They left the cr off on app when they made this.
Totally confusing. Doesn't work right.
Card only covers certain merchants. Every time I login tasc sends a code to do so,what a hassle!
You can't make a mistake, the app doesn't let you fix it
Unbelievable this app sucks is constantly moves a decimal point it is very user un- friendly it even has customer service baffled you should get your money back from whoever created this for you it is terrible
It is hard to understand what is what.
Awful app. Didn't recognize my user name immediately after setting up the app. Forgot password link sends me an access code without a place to apply it. Automated phone does not work anymore. Better off finding a bank and opening up an HSA and transferring but I can't imagine that not being a cluster. Do better TASC!
Doesn't have prescription meds as reimbursement
Still waiting on my FSA elections and funds to show up. I've contacted our PEO company FrankCrum who is putting the blame on TASC. I've also contacted TASC who puts the blame on FrankCrum. So who suffers. The 5 employees at my company who do not have access to their FSA funds.
