Not sure if it is the app, or TASC, but the customer service is horrible. No response when sending messages via app.
This is my work flex account. It no longer recognizes my email address (I still work there) and both the app and website tell me there is no account associated with the email. I can't log in on the app or online to even figure out how to contact them.
I can never find the info I need. This app was supposed to make managing my funds EASIER. Since I got my new card, not ONCE have I been able to swipe it at the pharmacy. I try multiple times and look and feel like an idiot, then end up paying out of pocket. I go to the app to try to get answers, and it has terms I don't understand and I have NO way of defining them. If I'm FORCED to use the app it should have help I can access on demand, not an option to send a question and wait for an answer.
This sucks tasc doesnt work for me...
Not user friendly
It seems impossible to create a reimbursement request even though I've uploaded receipts Update: after calling customer service, they offered to email me a form I can fill out to request reimbursement. Still no solution to the app or web portal. Emailed support but haven't received a reply yet
Submitting an international reimbursement is quite painful. It's difficult to edit anything, customer support does not respond in a timely fashion (they promise 1-2 business days but you better wait for at least a week if not more). I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours just trying to get them to process 1 reimbursement and one of the recommendations I received for verification was attaching a picture of a note explaining my situation after I already submitted all my documentation.
First time user took 20min but I think I got my request submitted
