Not easy to navigate
I am constantly being decline when I have a positive balance.
I guess im just too stupid to get the app to work. As for the card, it shows a 3 digit balance but its declined EVERY time!
This app sucks. It doesn't upload receipts properly and attach them to the request for reimbursement. It doesn't let you contact someone for assistance. It isn't currently depositing my reimbursement to my checking account like it's supposed to, either. Poor customer service!
Not very user friendly. Not much to offer assistance on how to use the card. Sounds simple but nothing overly clear as to how to be reimbursed for medical expenses
Was able to login and see information after install. When I tried to log back into the app I was stuck on the passcode entry screen with the spinning please wait and never able to get back in. Was this app tested at all? Update:. I reinstalled the app and was able to get into after install like before but it says I don't have any benefits when it showed everything correctly after the first install.
Have nothing but trouble with task card Always have problems using the card for prescription purchases and doctor visits. And that is what it is supposed to be used for.
This app doesn't work anymore. I have the correct email and password yet every time I try to sign on it tells me "something went wrong, please try again". Tying again doesn't help. I uninstalled app and reinstalled it and still doesn't work.
I just want to upload receipts and bills. Menu trys to hide these options
