TASC is a garbage company. When they switch to this new platform they did not carry over our money from the old accounts. They have so failed to deposit money into the new accounts that is withheld from our checks. Luckily our company is dumping these half wits 1/1
your customer service is completely useless email you guys for what for reply a week later no thank you I'm just going to get rid of you there's always a problem with the application on top of that you guys offer no real savings $100 a year please that's saving no one nothing I don't suggest anyone else to download this application or even deal with this company
Complicated slow nothing like the previous setup. I will opt out of it for next year.

Terrible app and the company is a pain to work with. Wish my company would pick a different benefits provider
I have after multiple phone calls succeeded at 1 reimbursement request. It says my account is closed when the closed date isn't until the end of the month. It should not be this difficult to get reimbursed for my medical expenditures. And of course, customer service is only available weekdays 8am-5pm. There is much left to be desired with the app.
Screens don't open all the way. Not helping things.
You changed apps and websites with no warning or communication. Emptied my account in the form of a check I wasn't aware of. And take weeks to respond to emails.
Cannot send reimbursement requests. The request stops at step 4. Will not allow you to Submit or move forward to finish.
