It sucks. Hard to find the information that you want and sometimes has incorrect information.
Doesn't show my dependents balance
I have only had this app for a few months after update fingerprint sign in stopped working now the app won't even stay open horrible app experience so far. The bad reviews speak the truth. 9/2/20 Still a mess your AP is useless
I tried to pay a bill through the app and there was no place to say how much to pay. The bill said $153.24 and the app said it was paying $0.00.
Always Has Problems! This app NEVER works correctly nor does the mobile site. Logging in is a nightmare and error messages pop up. Then, suddenly it works and I'm not even aware that I'm logged in, which is a security issue. Their systems are so outdated. Invest in decent technology or contract for IT support.
Absolutely sucks for a dependent non-emoloyee account. Could not create a login, couldn't get balances. I spent more time trying to use this than I would have just paying the bill.
Horrible app
Glitches and it never loads anything up.
Just updated the app, and its constantly crashing....
