Piece of trash. Tried submitting bills, it has yet to do the one thing it's supposed to and pay them. Rejects them, doesn't give a reason, doesn't even email you that it got rejected. Customer support is essentially non existent. If I could go zero stars I would.

Reimbursement never works. Ive asked for one 6 months ago but it's still pending. Doesn't deny or approve

Can't log in - I have used this app a while ago and it worked great. But now I cannot log in. When I enter my user and pw, the app will not proceed to log in. It's like the hyper link in the Sign In button is broken.
I still don't understand how I get my money back.
I tried to use my card the other day . Only to find out that it wouldn't cover the cost of my prescription.
Worst app ever and company ever. Have to upload the same receipt 10-15 times because the app for whatever reason cuts off portions of the picture so you must repeatedly crop and reupload till it works. Customer service never gives you the correct answer as to why something won't work or is going wrong. If you can avoid this company it will be worth your time and money to do so. Don't tell me to update my app because I have and it still doesn't work. This company feels like a bunch of scammers.
This app is terrible and so is TASC customer service. Every time I upload a document for reimbursement it deletes the file. I have to call everytime to get this resolved. Usually the CS rep will tell me they see the document one I submit a second time and that it'll be reviewed, but then it gets deleted AGAIN. I spoke to a supervisor 3 weeks ago who assured me that they received my latest request and that it would be process. Still hasn't been processed, so I'll have to call for a 4th time.
