Apparently, I have to be updated to some kind of special status to be able to log in with this app. Although, the description states NEW and upgraded participants, which I am a NEW participant...I still can't use the app! Very Frustrating and the customer service Rep didn't make the frustration of that any better. All she could do was holler in my ear that I can log in ONLINE and Clearly, ONLINE does not have as many features as the APP claims to have....SO AGG!!!!
I can not get into my app. It keeps asking me for a passcode an i only have a password.
This app won't even accept my username to login. It's asking for my email address and password, which I entered, and telling me that is invalid. I don't use my email address to login on the website, I use my username, and that won't work with this app either. I have NEVER been able to successfully log in to this app. Completely useless.
Hard to use
Wont load no info is ever shown it's annoying more than anything
App is not intuitive at all. Record keeping between this version and the old one are incomplete. I can't view details or documents for any transactions before the switch. EDIT: I've communicated all my concerns here, no need to email. Performing usual workflows of requesting reimbursement are simply not easy to do on this app. Use testing should identify and resolve these problems.
The app wont open completely. It just shows it still loading and never opens! I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get it to work correctly.
Not user friendly. Not available for family members tk use as it is based on work email and password.
Crashes every single time opened. Horrendous app
