Difficult getting reimbursement, App design makes getting money out and following up with claims more difficult then anything else. Especially when they auto-deny most claims closing them without any comments.
This app is terrible! It closes suddenly all the time, and my files that I upload can't even be opened so I have to resubmit my verifications multiple times or use a desktop.
Can't log in online or in app. Says user doesn't exist. Asks for last 4 in ss number than does nothing. I hate the new app. I need to be able to upload receipts and get reimbursement. This is keeping my money from me.
Would give this app and customer service 0 if I could. Collosal waste of time. Nothing is ever done right and the only way to fix is call them and sit on the phone for 40 mins
It sucks
Constantly not recognizing user. Asks for 4 digits of SSN and then does nothing with it. Each time I have to call in to CS for them to walk me through signing in like its my first time signing in. Just get a website and app that works. This is pathetic
Where do I begin to say how much I hate this? How about I hate this update. Why"fix" things if they aren't broken. Previous expenditures aren't accessible.
