Once I log in it just hangs and nothing ever loads up. This app is trash.
I cant even download it?
Every time I try to upload receipt the app closes. Useless.
It keeps saying I dont exist but when I go through my internet browser I get right in. Not wasting my time with the app when it does no good!!
Terrible app. In order to add DOB for dependent you have to go back monthly clicking on the monthly calendar 20 years. Did you even look over this app functionality??
Is anyone else having issues with the app not loading and displaying anything? I've uninstalled and installed the app a number of times.
TASC has released yet another program that is unusable. I regularly can't access my funds and error codes always blame your employer instead of a horrible program. Plan to waste a lot of time trying to contact customer service.
The WORST! Does nothing but cause issues, can't verify any thing, crashes , DOESN'T WORK, customer service is the same way!
Very disorganized layout. Does not have all the information needed when submitting and tracking reimbursements.
