After being told I would need to attach receipt there was no place to do it!
Too complicated
Tasc sucks
The app sucks- it constantly glitches and will make me have to sign in twice; it immediately signs me out the first time every single time. In addition, the periodic security verifications won't work. I'll enter my last 4 socials in and hit next, and nothing will happen- it wont load the next page, and refreshing doesnt do anything. So essentially, you cant access your account and I'm forced to go on a desktop. Please update the app and fix these glitches.
The app is complete trash. Had to redo my info 3 times.
Was not very specific, never asked for copy of receipt. Not sure if one is needed?
Use the desktop version. App is VERY hard to navigate
I always experience difficulties sign-in both online and via the app.
When signed into the app, it will not let you email tasc without signing in again. I supposedly got a reimbursement posted on the 7th, its the 12th and my bank still doesn't have it.
