This app is an absolute joke. You can watch grass grow quicker than this app opens, you always get an error when you try to attach verification and when you do it tells you to call a number but the number is not clickable. I can't believe I trusted these children with money
The update the other day keeps crashing. The drop downs for available reimbursements is missing. After logging in, when I click any option it immediately makes me log back in again.

Hilariously inept service. Management hides behind toothless customer service reps. Areas of app haven't worked in more than a year and they refuse to address it or remove the function. Avoid if at all possible.
Won't let me log in all the way
So confusing to decipher why any reimbursement is not thrown back into FSA account but instead into my cash account?
Horrible. Lack of knowledge. Stole $248.85 from my available expense account. When calling customer service they read from a script and either refuse or cannot decipher information.
Can not access the App. But I can on the web. This should be fixed.
