I pay $2 a month Admin fee and 95% of my eligible reimbursements are not processed through the app. I am on the phone with customer service once a month and I've still only gotten 3/25 purchases reimbursed. Help menu cannot help me with my problem despite what the company has suggested below
Vague and difficult to understand. Very limited. No true accounting of balance like a statement would read.
TERRIBLE!!!! Stay far away from this. It's not worth the money saved having to deal with this! Customer service is terrible, I can never access my money to pay childcare. This is ridiculous!
This app won't let you request reimbursements. It just stops at step three. Won't let you put anything in. So frustrating! The one time I got past that point I had to call them anyway! What's the point?
Ive emailed them and emailed not one time have they replied to any of them our F.S.A. benefits are supposed to be active on the FIRST but nooo have they done it yet why no but bet you one thing theyll make sure they dont take their tima about getting their money back tho do they boy their quick to do that but when it comes to given the flexiable spending account sure do take their time
Is the app down? I tried logging in and it will show "something went wrong" ive uninstalled and reinstalled and waited 24hrs and still have trouble logging in.
Can't get the update to load. It just turns circles
Tasc, messed up and in the app some how I am enrolled in health FSA instead of dep care FSA, so I can't do reimbursements on the app, must be online. I have a card that I cannot use at the ATM, or at the store only online transactions. The app will not transfer my funds to my bank, so must call and get a check. Everytime I call they don't fix the problem, they just offer a different way to meet my request. Huge Disappointment, a source of frustration.
Never receive reimbursements after using app. I always have to call and speak to a representative. Very inconvenient.
