I would give a 0 star if possible. This app is so bad it compelled me to write my first app reviews. Why can't this be easier? Why do I have to log in twice to submit a reimbursement? Why does biometric log in, on 5G service go so slow? Why do I have to select 'parking' twice? The only good thing I can say about it is it's better than their web site.
Always freezes
Full of errors
Always have trouble signing in unless I use the biometrics option. Tried to change my user name and it doesn't recognize any of my email addresses even though they sent an email to one of them. When using the app for reimbursement it won't accept the pictures of receipts half the time. Tasc is very difficult to work with if there is any question about your request submission. If it weren't my only option for a plan through work I would not use them.
Either tasc or my employer stole $600 from me

TASC is trash. They literally stole $1300 from me and couldn't explain it. The ladies on the phone said I was right but there is nothing they can do for me.🖕🏻
App crashes every time I log in
They deny medical coverage of my expenses and that should not be. It should not be up to them what they decide is medical. If someone has a medical degree than it's a damn medical expense. So it's been $150 times 7 for me so far that my TASC card should have been used. But they denied it and denied it and denied it. I will not be re-upping for this. What is the point?
