Terrible app, it never works right. 👎👎
Recent upgrade broke the app and online. Can't submit ANYTHING. Called support and their response was oh well, mail us the reimbursement form instead.
Just downright terrible service. They make you jump through do many hoops to get your own money. The benefit of flex is far less than the hassle of dealing with this awful company. Its a shame that my company locks me into this terrible service.

Useless
No help, no chat option, long waiting for talking with representative. Has a systematic error that requires "attach verification" after each request with complete verification.
Will not let me get past the ss verification screen bugs need fixing
Can't log on and calling customer service is pointless because they say they can't help me and the app doesn't work.
This app needs a full revamp! I can only sign in using biometric because my password never works. It's confusing to know what your balance is on your card as opposed to your FSA balance. The reimbursement tool is outdated and it's so much trouble to use. I had to submit a receipt more than three times and that was a horrible experience. Please, please make this app pleasant to look at and user friendly, even for those who know about technology.
