My loan application was actually started by a different firm, but due to a 'technicality' they were not able to complete the application process. I was them referred to Gavin and his team, who took over the loan application. The transfer was totally smooth with no problems whatsoever. Gavin and Azlee jumped right on it and got the ball rolling again and the only difference I saw from my end was a very slight delay in the closing date. Thanks Gavin and Azlee! Worked with the Citywide Home Loans group to close on my first home. They were very clear on all of my questions and good at relating concise information. They even helped me clear up some stuff in my credit report that i did not know was there.

I refinanced my house for the first time and it went so smooth with no problems to my surprise. have heard from other people, that it was "such a pain", but I have to say, it really was a great experience for me.Everybody was very helpful, friendly, always open for questions.
