My loan application was actually started by a different firm, but due to a 'technicality' they were not able to complete the application process. I was them referred to Gavin and his team, who took over the loan application. The transfer was totally smooth with no problems whatsoever. Gavin and Azlee jumped right on it and got the ball rolling again and the only difference I saw from my end was a very slight delay in the closing date. Thanks Gavin and Azlee! After hearing the horror stories of financing a new home, I was nervous heading into the purchase. It was probably one of the easiest things I've done.
