Scott Harshman and Kelly Board were an amazing team to work with through the process of buying my home. I had some hiccups with the inspection and appraisal that made modifications to my loan. Scott and Kelly were informative, understanding and ALWAYS available. In addition, a moving kit was sent to my current apartment and it was useful as well as humorous and just what I needed that day! I would highly recommend them!

Team Gavin Ekstrom always kept me informed through the entire loan process and we closed on time with a great interest rate. The Loan Officer Assistance I worked with, Myda Ogeda and Azlee Miles were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions.

This whole experience was amazing, everything felt comfortable. Everyone is very reliable. Always able to answer any questions that I had. This was our third time with this whole process and out of all three this experience was the best.

My experience with Citywide was fantastic. Myda was constantly in contact and got answers for any questions I had. Gavin was great about being available or getting back to me as soon as he could. They made the loan application smooth and gave us one less thing to worry about while closing ok our new home

We had our home built from scratch. When we started the process, we were going through another lender who made me want to pull my hair out! They had no idea what they were doing! There was a ton of instances where things were miscommunicated or information was just left out. There were charges applied to our closing that were not supposed to be there. We decided to take the plunge and buy our first house this year. One of the major issues we were afraid of was finding someone to do our mortgage (because we had no experience going through the process). We were referred to Gavin from a family friend and we are so glad we contacted him! I didn't choose this lending company- they ended up being a last minute backup due to seller not willing to work with my preferred lender. Because of this, I didn't get a lot of one on one time or information before closing. Once we had worked through some of the kinks, they did a great job keeping me updated and working with me.
