My wife and I worked with Vince and Shelley to secure a home loan in order to purchase our first house. Vince found us a home loan that fit the unique requirements that we asked for. It was simple and painless - really, a mortgage that was simple and painless. Going through the lending process isn't always the easiest, but Gavin's team made it as painless as possible. Everyone on the team was very responsive and great to work with. My loan moved along and closed as scheduled, they were always very kind and prompt on responses and they were very knowledgable about the whole process. I had no surprises at the closing table and would use them again.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from this lender.
