Working with Gavin Ekstrom's team made the whole loan and closing process smooth and easy. I was pretty much communicated with every day along the process until the closing date was set and that made me feel very important. The whole team made sure they explained the process to me and what kind of turn around time I needed to give them to ensure my closing date. I would recommend Gavin to any homebuyer I might come across.

My wife and I worked with Vince and Shelley to secure a home loan in order to purchase our first house. Vince found us a home loan that fit the unique requirements that we asked for. Vince and Shelley then stayed in contact with us throughout the entire application, appraisal, underwriting, and closing process. I would recommend the Gavin Ekstrom Team to anyone! Scott Harshman and Shelley Smith were excellent at keeping me informed throughout the process. It was simple and painless - really, a mortgage that was simple and painless. The customer service provided by Citywide is outstanding - this was the fourth time I've gone through the mortgage process and nothing compares to the service I received from Citywide and Scott and Shelley. They are awesome!

Going through the lending process isn't always the easiest, but Gavin's team made it as painless as possible. Everyone on the team was very responsive and great to work with. My loan moved along and closed as scheduled, they were always very kind and prompt on responses and they were very knowledgable about the whole process. I had no surprises at the closing table and would use them again.

Great experience! Never had to leave home for a refi. Azlee was always very prompt in responding to our inquiries and took the time to answer all our questions in detail.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from this lender. Rachel Sena was my main contact for this process and was very persistent on helping me get where I needed to be in order to qualify for the home I wanted. She stuck by my side on the ups and down. What I mean by that is, even though there was a period of time I did not qualify due to credit issues. Rachel was there guiding me back on track to becoming a First Time Home Buyer.
