Everyone at City Wide was very responsive to every question and concern I had about the loan process. As a 1st time home buyer I had many questions. Vince, and his team were very friendly and helpful through out the process.They were the third company I switched to. The first two had no idea how to explain the process of buying a home or the process of getting a first time home owner loan.I would recommend City Wide to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Team Gavin members Scott Gereaux and Shelley Smith were amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they worked with me at every step to get everything prepared for closing. They responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. They were very professional and though there was a small delay it was only 5 days. Closing itself was very painless and quick. I would recommend this loan company to everyone.

My experience with Team Gavin was top notch. As a first time home buyer, the loan process was rather intimidating, but the team was very thoughtful, responsive and patient with me. Scott Gereaux and his team were great at sitting down with us to explain all the options available to us. He explained everything clearly and let us know what we need to do on our end to have the best possible outcome. Unlike other lenders in the past, they were never pushy but always quick to answer questions. Once we were ready they had everything together quickly and kept us in the loop every step of the way.
