We closed our refinance (our original mortgage was also thru Citywide) this morning in the comfort of our own home which was a great way to complete a very smooth process. Most of my phone and email correspondence was with one of Gavin Ekstrom's loan officers, Scott Gereaux. Scott handled the refi process flawlessly. I worked specifically with Scott Harshman and Brooke Kartus and both did a super job. Having gone through the process before and having a complicated personal situation the two of them were clear, timely, and respectful, even when I asked dumb questions. They were able to clearly define areas that I knew little about. In some of the minutia details they were very helpful. Everything was done well and they set a bar that others that I have worked with did not reach. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I would recommend Team Gavin Ekstrom. They were professional and very helpful. Myda Ogeda was very responsive, it seemed that no sooner had I clicked "send" on my email that I had a reply.
