I have had 4 prior mortgages prior to doing business with Team Gavin and more specifically Brooke Kartus. I can say they ALL paled in comparison to the way Citywide handled my business. Brooke was MORE than attentive to my needs and went above and beyond researching and finding programs to fit all my needs. I will be a promoter for Citywide on every occasion that I have an opportunity to share what these folks did for me.
Gavin and his team helped me buy my first house. They made sure I knew everything I was signing and always kept me updated throughout the process. There was an issue with taxes a few months after I purchased (not their fault) and they jumped right on it to help me get it sorted.
