My wife and I very recently moved to the Denver area from the San Francisco area. We were in the market to purchase a home and needed the services of a mortgage lender. Made the loan process relatively painless throughout an otherwise difficult process of buying a house. We pushed and pushed to get everything set to close on time, then just before closing the house flooded and we had to push things back.Over the next few weeks we changed the closing date several times, but team Gavin kept things ready for a moments notice.

Using Team Gavin was the best decision I could have made in the home buying process. The process was seamless, there were no delays, and closing was really easy. We had some friends who went through their local bank and had their closing delayed by 2 weeks because the bank missed the apprasial. I told them to use City Wide the next time they buy a house!
