Jimmy is extremely responsive and very engaged during the entire loan process. Very fast turnaround time on questions and requests. He and his team were able to work with me to successfully close the loan in exactly 3 weeks (as promised) from when I placed an offer. Extremely fast and smooth process. Highly recommend and would definitely work with again.

JIMMY VANN is the best!!! I put Jimmy in a pinch from the start. With just over two weeks to close, he was able to get everything done from start to finish. I was referred to Jimmy and was very pleased from our first introduction. He have me run down of my options and explained everything so that it understood it well. I would recommend Jimmy Vann to any of my friend or family! He was awesome to deal with. I too was once a Mortgage Banker and I know how important detail and follow through is to each transaction. He rated a 10 in this area!!! Great choice for your new home loan or refinance!!!

I was very happy that Jimmy Vann able to help me save about $200 per month on my refinance. He has awesome team: always polite, professional and working hard on closing the loan for me. Jimmy and his team were amazing! We wanted a quick closing and they worked diligently to make that happen for us. The mortgage process is always filled with paperwork, questions etc but they were clear and precise on what was needed making things easier to accomplish. They were also, in many cases, informing me of a status or approvals before I even received the e-mails from escrow or the appraiser so I felt like they had a good handle on where everything was at and managed the process very well for us.
