My refinance experience was very pleasant thanks to Jimmy Vann and his team. He and his team treated me with respect, friendliness and caring. The process was handled effectively, and efficiently. Truthfully, there were no "catches", "glitches", etc. It went through flawlessly. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team.
The loan processor Jimmy assigned to us was one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever worked with. They didn’t know how to send an attachment, couldn’t locate attachments in the emails we sent them, couldn’t parse pdf files to get the information they needed, didn’t care about using proper grammar… the list goes on and on. They would ask for the same document three or four times and claim they have never asked for it. Jimmy tried to get me to refinance after 1.5 years of my loan that he provided. He told me that he knew best and he had "15 years of experience" as a way to get me to do the refinance, at a cost of over $9K to save ~$60/month in mortgage payments. This fee, which he told me was "a wash" due to the $5K surplus in my account (which came back to me as a check, after I refused his amazing refinance offer) made me feel like a real dummy.
