Jimmy's team is very helpful and very competitive against other lenders. They were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of and followed through on everything. I tried working with bigger companies, but did not get that personal follow through.

This was a great team to work with! With some delays from the other lender of the deal they were able to get everything done in less than 24 hours after closing on my sale to purchase my new home. They were always quick to respond when I had questions throughout the process and I would definitely work with this team again!

Jimmy and his team were so responsive and eager to help with any questions that I had throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what I was doing, and they would quickly respond to any questions I had, no matter if it was 7 pm or 7 am. Jimmy and his team exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier. We will use them in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable lender. Jimmy and Nikki at Stearns were great. As a first time buyer, things could be quite hectic, but I feel like Jimmy and Nikki kept things manageable and understandable. They were SUPER responsive and I would highly recommend them.
