Jimmy and his team were great to work with. I made them run me through just about every option possible at least once or twice. They were always helpful and responsive. When the time came, I wanted to close fast and he helped me make that happen. Even with all the new rules, I closed exactly a month after I made the offer. I would definitely do business with Team Vann again.

Jimmy Vann and his tem were superb in getting me a firm pre-approval and then finalizing the loan once we found a property to purchase. My past experience with mortgage companies has been less than satisfactory. Jimmy’s approach is refreshing with each detail covered, clear, and no hidden fees or charges. Jimmy and Andrea were very responsive throughout our entire home loan experience. We are first time home buyers and were not sure who we wanted to use for our loan. We are glad we chose them! They kept us updated regularly and answered calls at any hour. We had a lot of stuff come up during the process and Jimmy made sure to resolve things quickly as possible. My husband and I highly recommend them. We now get to live in our forever home!

It was a pleasure to work with Jimmy and Andrea to purchase our first home! They are extremely responsive when we have questions any time of the day. I love how unlike other agents we contacted, they are proactive with updating and checking upon us to make sure everyone's on the same page. After closing this month, I'm actually kind of sad that I won't be getting my frequent friendly phone calls from Jimmy anymore. I would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy and his team!
