Professional! That's what I'd like to describe the team Vann. Jimmy and Andrea are very experienced, fast, dedicate and smart. From educating us about the market to preparing our pre-approval letter. From building confidence with seller on offer review day to fast response to close the case. It's a silky smooth experience for us to work with team Vann to buy our first home. Closing with in 30 days. Perfect! Highly recommended.

Team Vann went above and beyond! Jimmy and his entire team are extremely knowledgable about the market and were able to help my husband and I purchase our first home. We utilized the VA loan and the team was able to guide us, step by step, through the entire process seamlessly. The market can be volatile and it moves quick, but that doesn't phase this team. They are on top of it!

Quickest and smoothest closing we've experienced. Top-notch service from a highly personable team. They were in constant communication about what the next steps were, so I was always aware of how far along we were in the process.
