Very good comfort food for a decent price and decent service
Walk of Shame is to die for! Good coffee, cinnamon buns are the size of your head with a side of icing you drizzle yourself! Three words De Lic Ious!!!
We always head to Ted's for a delicious breakfast on The Hill, however the wait this season has been longer than usual, even on a weekday, so thought we'd branch out and try Ted's on 14th & Swann, NW. Did not disappoint! The waitress assured us the cheesy grits may even be a little better b/c they put extra love in! They were great--even the northern and western most patrons would convert. I went for lunch after my friend raved about Ted's poptarts and menu...She wasn't wrong - the food, which was plentiful, was great and one of the biggest treats was their poptart, which comes with a choice of fillings. Absolutely yummy! Also ordered their take on a Sno-Ball (remember those pink coconut-covered "cupcakes"); this one was moist and a perfect end to my meal. Will definitely go back again (and again).
On a whim, when I had a gap in my dog-walking schedule, I stopped in to have a late breakfast at about 10:00 AM on a weekday.so glad I did-it was wonderful--good food, excellent service, and good prices. The corn beef hash hit the spot.
Ate here for dinner and have previously had lunch. Good solid comfort food (this time we just had burgers, which were well executed, and at lunch the grilled cheese and tomato soup is really good), great space, good service.
My reservation was for later but the hostess handled us arriving over an hour early with grace. We felt very welcomed and the food was very good.
The food and service and ambiance at Ted's Bulletin are great. However, it's soooo noisy! Maybe because of the tin ceilings, I don't know. I love Ted's Bulletin, great food, but if you're hard of hearing, forget about it.
My husband and I have been enjoying Sunday breakfast at Ted’s on Barrack’s Row for quite some time. But, we hate the long waits standing on the sidewalk outside of the restaurant and sometimes being seated at a table in the crowded waiting area.
