we had a 11:30 reservation, didn’t get seated until 12:20… service was slow and chaotic. Would recommend a different location
My friend and I made a reservation for 9:45am. We were seated right away but after almost 20 minutes, no one even provided us with water. Multiple servers and staff members walked by us. When we got up to leave, we heard 2 servers saying “hurry up they’re leaving” in Spanish. This confirmed that they decided to ignore us intentionally. I’ve attended this location more than once and I’ve never had such an awful experience.
We made a special trip for the featured lobster menu items, with only moderate expectations since this is after all part of a big chain a long way from Boston or Maine. We should have moderated them more. LOTS of filler in the lobster roll, and the lobster just wasn't very flavorful. But they still wanted a premium price, which given the chichi address, wasn't much of a surprise either. The real icing on the cake came with the check. I usually like this restaurant quite a bit but this was an unfortunate visit with sub-par service and food. Disappointing.
Fine overall - but had to wait a really long time to see a waiter. No one brought water, until I had to ask.
This was the first time our service stunk at Ted’s Bulletin. It took over 20 minutes for someone to visit the table (when it wasn’t event that busy). The waitress wasn’t attentive, missed three different items we asked for — including a salmon. The food didn’t have as much flavor than it used to have from previous visits. I’m really hoping they were just having an off night.
We had horrible service on a very slow night at the restaurant. Food was just okay. We won’t be back.
Food was good, but service was very slow and order needed to be corrected a few times.
The waiter was not nice, we waited for a long time to get his attention. He was bothered just by having to take our food choices. He was very lazy. The pop tarts were horrible. The gluten free pasta was okay, but could have been cooked a bit longer, and it was a bit too salty. The kids French fries were not so good. I’d not go back.
