This was the first time our service stunk at Ted’s Bulletin. It took over 20 minutes for someone to visit the table (when it wasn’t event that busy). The waitress wasn’t attentive, missed three different items we asked for — including a salmon. The food didn’t have as much flavor than it used to have from previous visits. I’m really hoping they were just having an off night.
We had horrible service on a very slow night at the restaurant. Food was just okay. We won’t be back.
Food was good, but service was very slow and order needed to be corrected a few times.
The waiter was not nice, we waited for a long time to get his attention. He was bothered just by having to take our food choices. He was very lazy. The pop tarts were horrible. The gluten free pasta was okay, but could have been cooked a bit longer, and it was a bit too salty. The kids French fries were not so good. I’d not go back.
I was dining with my son and another friend, both of whom are young adults with disabilities. Compared to the other tables around us, our service was very poor. Once the server took the order, we did not see him again until we proactively found him for the check. All of our water glasses were empty for the entire meal, and our server had a full water pitcher and was filling everyone’s glasses around us, even went they were lot empty. Literally the worst meal I have had in DC. While the baked goods looked promising on entering, every item ordered for dinner was almost inedible. Poorly executed diner food. Maybe it’s a decent breakfast place but would absolutely not return for dinner.
Seated 40 minutes after our reservation and took an additional 40 minutes to get food.
I had the truffle mac n cheese bites and the green goddess salad and a few hours later I got sick.
Overall service was not the greatest. I understand everyone may not have the greatest day at times. First the nonchalant attitude and not the warm welcome I'm typically greeted with. Then the urgency to put the orders in very off. After repeating the order back and confirming that was the order was still brought out the wrong dish.
