Homemade doughnuts and poptarts. Need I say more? This spot has great food, attentive service, large portions and a cool atmosphere. It does not get any better.
Ted's Bulletin was excellent for breakfast on Sunday 3/30/2014. It was a horrible day and they made it better with their good coffee and excellent hash browns that are crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. I will definitely visit again - can't wait to try an adult milkshake.
Mixed experience. Would not order the spare ribs again, but the short rib sammie was great. Also loved the brown sugar pop tarts.
My wife and I were visiting our son who lives in Washington, D.C. She was looking for a place for us to eat breakfast that we had not gone to in the past. She did a google search and this amazing place popped up. The breakfast and ambiance were fantastic. The portions and quality was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised and will be making this one of our regular places to go. We are looking forward to lunch and dinner.
It was a good sandwich and salad sort of place with a pleasant ambience, good food, and pleasant service.
Have been to Ted's 14th St location a few times. Much of the food is very good. I write this review in the hope someone at the restaurant will fix one, key breakfast miss - the French toast. Dry and without taste on the first visit; manager wouldn't let us pay, which was nice - so long as we tried the FT again, as she felt it was a one off problem. the pop tarts and adult milkshakes are a nice niche! The burgers are also cooked nicely and with varied, off-beat toppings. It can be a little noisy in there, so not the place for a quiet dinner.
Food was just as good as 8th St location, but server was just bad. Hard to track down and not a smile to be found. I've had some of my best service experiences at Ted's on 8th, but this was one of my worst.
Went there last week and had a great time. Food was very tasty as I got the pork cutlet and my gf got the country fried steak. I also got a smore milkshake which was very unique and extremely filling.
