Such a pretty place! Such a shame the food was so disappointing and the service a bit hostile and defensive. My tomato juice literally bubbled— have to assume it was from bacterial contamination; have never encountered this before. Spit it out and sent full glass back. I made reservations and they had a hard time getting me suitable seating. She told me to wait for five minutes so they could clear a table, it was not busy , no people in the lobby waiting. then when the lady came to seat us (3) I didn't like the circular booth where other people to hear your conversation . She told me to go back out front and wait another five minutes and I said no. We finally sat at a two seater booth with three people. Two adults and one child. That fiasco was irritating.
Service was absolutely horrible. My order was wrong, they charged us to fix it and food took forever to get to our table. We loved this spot before and we both refuse to come back after our experience.
Service is SLOW. Monday happy hour and it took 35 minutes for our first round of drinks to come. Bartender didn't know how to make half the drinks on the menu.
They must have had a bad day or something. All 3 orders can put incorrect with missing or completely incorrect items. Had to wait 10 minutes for food items to be fixed. Waiter offered no discount, free dessert, etc. for inconvenience

I really wanted to love this place but the server kept forgetting my order and then when I finally received my steak frites the steak was not seasoned at all. I wanted to try the candied bacon and he literally forgot it...twice. The server tried to make up for it by giving me the bacon and some pop tarts free (both were delicious by the way), but overall I doubt I'll be back.
Both the food and service were terrible. I’ve been here before for breakfast, and this was my first time for dinner. After this visit, it will be my last. The service was horrendous, had a reservation but still ended up waiting for a table. The servers were confused. We waited about 30 minutes to put in our drink orders, and there were multiple issues with our ordered food. My wife had a crab cake sandwich. She found it inedible and would not eat it. The waiter and manager were sympathetic. Its cost was not added to the bill.
Go for the milkshake... and thats about it, although the cakes at the bakery looked epic. Food was basic and greasy and the coffee could be confused for brown muddy water.
