Food average, atmosphere "tired" and borderline looking dirty, service horrible. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the check.

I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for almost 3 years now, and I've always had positive experiences. However, I'm extremely disappointed by the behavior of the manager during my recent visit here name is Karina Garrido. Unfortunately they were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which really took away from what is usually an enjoyable experience. Recently dined at Ted's for dinner. The food was good, but just have one complaint about my grilled cheese. I paid extra for bacon and when the sandwich came out, bacon was only on one side of the sandwich and the grilled cheese was lacking cheese. It was a very thin layer and all of the cheese wasn't even melted. I did say something to the server and he brought out a plate of bacon to make up for it, but I just expected an ooey gooey thick layer of cheese for that cheese pull to dip into the delicious tomato soup.

Food was I would say an 8.5 out of 10. I am a Biscuit sandwich snob and I have to say this sandwich left some to be desired. It needed a sauce to really bring all the flavors together. As this was a to-go order as part of their to-go menu, fortunately enough I had some Hot Honey to add to every bite. The biscuit was ~$9 for reference. Service here was ok. Arely was our waitress and she was nice and friendly but the food was not so great. 10/16 for at late breakfast and the steak and cheese and it just did taste good and the soup was cold. Check #88 table 63..... my biscuits and gravy was cold and not great so neither of us finished the meal. Did the chefs end check for proper temps when they made our order? We will shy away from here for awhile

Unfortunately the customer service here is terrible. Do not sit at the bar. The last few times my food has taken 25+ min. It sits by the kitchen until the bartenders go get it, so it's always cold. The last time I went, I ordered a coffee and didn't get a menu until 25 min later. I asked for my check and he charged me $51.... This location is awful unfortunately due to the service

Order was incorrect server forgot one entrees Cornbread was good but the crab cake sandwich was disappointing at best. Ted's Bulletin in DC wA great but this one I'll pass.

Tried to go to Ted's Reston for family lunch today. We were seating immediately as the place was half empty. We sat for 10 minutes with servers walking by and not one person acknowledged us or took our order. Finally flag down a guy who was not our server. He was very nice apologized, took our drink order, coffee's and water, and said he would send out server. 5 minutes later, still no drinks or server. We decided to leave for Tatte, just up the block. Spoke to the Ted's manager who seemed not to care. We will NEVEr go back... read more

The burgers and beers we ordered were great but the s'mores tarts we had were super dry and no filling! Maybe because we went for dinner and they were sitting out all day? Get the food skip the tarts!
