Very poor service! Understanding that Sunday breakfast can be busy and overwhelming at times for the waitstaff, still, you would expect to be treated decently. One of the ladies/hosts up front was rude and our waiter was not only short with us, but was quick-tempered, unfriendly, and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable being there. Whomever is hiring and managing this place needs to either be replaced or needs to seriously teach/hire staff to be pleasant, friendly and not have an attitude. I went here for my birthday a couple months back but I forgot about it anyway here's my review the food was like kinda gross. I got the miso glazed cod and the rice was literally like hard and old and disgusting and the seasoning was not right the fish was mid. The chicken piccata had no flavor and was only salty. Idk about the others the food was fine. This was my second time eating at Ted's and the first was much better. Not 5 stars but ok. I went this past Sunday and ate at the bar and the floor was really dirty. You could tell that it had not been cleaned the night before. Also, the bar was a total mess. The service was also unapologetically slow and the bartender's shirt was not clean looking. i hate to be negative, i truly do like teds bulletin and have had lovely experiences at other locations. i stopped by the bathroom and both of the stalls in the women's restroom didn't have any toilet paper. i let my sever know and she said that she would have someone take care of it, 20mins later a heard another woman let another worker know the same thing. our food came out soooo quickly. my guests said their food was delicious but my meal came out not freshly hot, and not even very warm. i was disappointed. our serve... read more

TL;DR: Underwhelming and disappointing Not sure if it's this location or if Ted's Bulletin is just not up to the quality that it used to be, but we were so disappointed during our visit. Service was okay, but potential under-staffing issues. FOOD: ~Loaded Tots (2.5/5): Had this at the FFX location and loved it, but this one had extra large tator tots. I gave them a second chance today, Sitting outside, with my dog, 3 other tables then followed. All have been given menus and water, but somehow no one has walked over to me. Yes, I checked in with the host, who instructed me to grab any available table, which I did. The 3 other table became available after I sat. The outdoor seating at the end is not hidden. Food is good, which is why I wanted to come again.

I had come here once before, and it was a good experience with good food and options. My second time really threw me for a loop. I had called during the week for a reservation on saturday morning, they told me they did not do reservations on weekends and to call an hour ahead for a 'call ahead' for my party, so we could already be on the wait list and could easily get sat when we arrived. This was our first time at Ted's, we were at the Apple Store and upon leaving we noticed Ted's and it said it was family owned, so we decided to try it! The food was excellent, best fries and burger ever!!! The restaurant was clean, though very packed and noisy but obviously expected when the food is that good! I visited on a Sunday morning to try the Spoke Spice Pancake's. I was very disappointed with the pancakes. Not fluffy, extremely doughy, and flat. It kinda ruined my mood . I was expecting better from Tex's. I love their Meatloaf and other breakfasts items however they should not be in the pancake business
