TL;DR: Underwhelming and disappointing Not sure if it's this location or if Ted's Bulletin is just not up to the quality that it used to be, but we were so disappointed during our visit. Service was okay, but potential under-staffing issues. FOOD: ~Loaded Tots (2.5/5): Had this at the FFX location and loved it, but this one had extra large tator tots. So unfortunately it was not crispy and kind of mushy. The bacon was also burnt to a crisp, so it tasted stale ~Crab Dip (2/5): Not what I expect when I order crab dip. ... read more

Hello Katherine, this is disappointing to see. Please contact us at info@tedsbulletin.com so we can discuss.
I gave them a second chance today, Sitting outside, with my dog, 3 other tables then followed. All have been given menus and water, but somehow no one has walked over to me. Yes, I checked in with the host, who instructed me to grab any available table, which I did. The 3 other table became available after I sat. The outdoor seating at the end is not hidden. Food is good, which is why I wanted to come again.

I had come here once before, and it was a good experience with good food and options. My second time really threw me for a loop. I had called during the week for a reservation on saturday morning, they told me they did not do reservations on weekends and to call an hour ahead for a 'call ahead' for my party, so we could already be on the wait list and could easily get sat when we arrived. We had done what they said, and arrived an hour and a half later (when the host on the phone recommended we arrive), we were waiting 40 mi... read more

This was our first time at Ted's, we were at the Apple Store and upon leaving we noticed Ted's and it said it was family owned, so we decided to try it! The food was excellent, best fries and burger ever!!! The restaurant was clean, though very packed and noisy but obviously expected when the food is that good! The only things of concern is I asked twice for plain ranch and but times I was brought blue cheese, and the waitress was extremely rude, we explained we are new and never been there before so we were asking some ques... read more
I visited on a Sunday morning to try the Spoke Spice Pancake's. I was very disappointed with the pancakes. Not fluffy, extremely doughy, and flat. It kinda ruined my mood . I was expecting better from Tex's. I love their Meatloaf and other breakfasts items however they should not be in the pancake business

Who in their right mind would serve a customer burnt fried hard pieces of cornbread? Manager Answered: a chef that was on weed, and admitted to running out of cornbread, due to having to toss pieces out that also were no good. 2023 nothing but the truth...!

Breakfast was so great that we came again for dinner. But totally different experience. First, we were not waited on promptly because there was one big group being attended to which means they don't have enough staff. We ordered the impossible Bolognese and impossible burger with truffle fries. The Bolognese was cold and the pasta was over cooked and the sauce tasted like canned sauce. The burger was like I microwave. The truffle fries were salty and soggy. We were hungry and ate but it was gross. The chai latte was cold and... read more

This is one of those places that's pretty on the outside but kind of boring on the inside. There's a lot of potential to decorate and make the ambience a little better in my opinion. I'm a 5ft 2 petite woman and these tables were kind of high for me. My arms hurt while I was eating. Just a bit daunting- but nothing too bad. In terms of the food, I must say it was very salty. Although service was kind and food came out in a timely manner, there was just way too much salt. Everything from the appetizers to the mains were ove... read more
This place over the years has slowly declined when it comes to service. You get a bad vibe like the staff don't want to be there. The hostesses are just chatting away and when someone comes in, it's take a while before they notice. The manager looks like he's training everyone there on the spot. I have also heard from other friends that live in RTC that it's not the best place to go anymore. Their 14th st location in DC has better service and are friendly.
